History of GBWS

The registered office of the SOCIETY shall be situated in the south region of country at HYDERABAD City in State of Telangana and the activities of Society will be spread all over India and is registered office shall be located at such place as the members may from time to time determine. To Organize and unite all the Banjara peoples lived in the national level, global level and to develop fraternal relations among Banjaras and also general public.

Our Vision & Mission

To reach the Banjaras for their Socio / economical needs and compel for earning, to uplift the dignity and economy of the Banjaras as a means of spreading awareness towards education / health / showing growth path / desist from evil practices like drinking which said to be associated with their worship.

Aims & Objective of Society

  • To guide, provide and safe guard the interests, rights & privilege as per the constitutional rights on time to time occasionally.
  • Construction and running of the schools, colleges, educational institution, free dispensaries centers for the poor feeding and homes for the aged for the benefit of the public and main priority to Banjaras.
  • Construction and maintenance of bhajan mandirs, prayer halls, temples etc., for the benefit of the public and main priority to Banjaras
  • Providing for grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students and main priority to Banjara Community students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.,
  • Claiming financial assistance to any educational institution for granting scholarship, prizes, medals, awards for excellence in studies, sports, other skills, and scientific research, distribution of books and notes for or/and deserving students and main priority to Banjara’s students.
  • Establishment of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of similar nature and providing financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment in any medical institution, conduct of medical camps to general public and main priority to Banjara’s
  • To arrange bhajans, discourses, lecturers, seminars, exhibitions, meetings and special importance to Banjara’s Tradition and culture enalightment and Banjara’s culture protection etc.,
  • To carry out all kinds of charitable social service activities to the public and main priority to Banjara’s
  • To make donations or contributions for the object of the society and to assist and cooperate with the efforts of the Govt., in its schemes to help the general public and main priority to Banjara’s
  • The Society is not a business or religious organization and does not function with profit motive. It is a public charitable and service organization formed with the motive of prompting well being ethical, spiritual or higher and noble values of the general public and with a main concentration Banjara’s
  • To protect the property of the society in future and to maintenance of properties and other assets belonging to the society for the purpose of general public interest especially Banjara’s
  • To establish and maintain the grant in aid to homes for the aged, orphanages or other establishments for the relief and help to the poor, needy and destitute people, orphans and aged persons and special concentration to the Banjara’s
  • To establish and develop institutions for the disable or mentally retarded persons and to provide them education, foods, clothing or any other help for public and especially Banjara’s
  • To grant relief and assistance to the needy victims during natural calamities such as famine, earth-quake, flood, fire, pestilence, etc., and to give donations and other assistance to institutions, establishments or persons engaged in such relief work special concentration towards the diseased needy Banjara’s
  • To grant aid or render assistance to other public charitable trusts or institutions which related to the Banjara’s
  • To provide Artificial limbs to physical challenged general public and special importance to the Banjara’s
  • To protect the culture and tradition of Banjaras, Society will carry all kinds of Banjara’s Cultural Activities.
  • To establish Educational Cultural and Economic Organizations viz., libraries, reading rooms etc., for the benefit of general public.
  • To promote legal, economic and other kind of assistance to the needy or distressed members.
  • To promote sporting activities and games, which includes training amongst the members, the school students and / or the public of Banjara’s
  • Claiming financial assistance to any educational institution for granting scholarship, prizes, medals, awards for excellence in studies, sports, other skills, and scientific research, distribution of books and notes for or/and deserving students.
  • To collect and disseminate information regarding employment opportunities & other field of Knowledge or otherwise against sickness, Unemployment, Infirmity old age, Accident or Death and make such as arrangements as may be feasible resolve the grief.
  • To protect against any discrimination, harassment, ill-treatment, Untouchability, Exploitation in justice to any member.
  • To arrange finance if required from the Govt., or Central Govt., of reasonable terms and condition. To accept donations and raise funds while arranging cultural programmes, sports, dramas etc., for the furtherance of the object of the trust. And to promote inherent talents of the members and general public. All the income, earning, movable and immovable properties of the trust shall be solely utilized and applied towards promotion of its Aims and Objects duly as set forth in memorandum of trust. And not portion shall be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly by way of dividence, bonus or any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the society or any person claiming through rules any one or more of the present or the past members, no member of the society shall have personnel claim in any moveable or immovable properties of the trust or make any profits whatsoever by virtue of his membership.
  • To acquire, purchase, own, hire, sell, and lease wholly or partly any property or building for the furtherance of the objects of the society.
  • The benefits of the society are open to all irrespective of caste, creed or religion.
